A dry lent means a fertile year

In 2010, the relentless frosts and
frequent snow showers delayed
the onset of spring by 6-8 weeks.
Most of these flowers have not yet
opened this year. Even some of
the january blooms have not yet
appeared in any appreciable
numbers.
